I know walking doesn’t get a whole lot of credit for a work out, but it should! I went walking with my friend around this adorable pond for about 30 minutes and was seriously tired! My heart was pumpin and my legs were working! It was so nice and peaceful! If you’re having a bad day try walking outside and just enjoying God’s beauty! It was wonderful, calming, and much needed! It made me appreciate my life that much more!
